  • Take the lead in developing care plans and then work with each child to follow their care plan to reflect their changing needs and be proactive in working to achieve the aims of their care plan

  • Play a role in Juno’s on-call rota and support the team with occasional shift work (for example, covering a shift for sick leave or annual leave). This is an off-shift role, with scheduled Monday-Friday hours, with occasional weekend work.

  • You’ll get a good workplace pension, sick pay cover and above-average pay

  • A £3,000 ‘joining bonus’, with 50% paid upon starting and 50% after 6 months upon successfully passing probation

Who are we looking for?

We need individuals who can build supportive relationships with teenagers and will be good advocates and role models for them.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent) with two years experience of working with children in a residential care setting
