We're on the lookout for two talented and experienced Deputy Managers to join the Juno team.

The Role
Place of work: Wirral, Merseyside - Juno Wallasey (x1), Juno Oxton (x1).
Salary: £38,000 starting salary with opportunities for enhancements.
Contract type: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hrs p/w.
Closing date: Midnight, Monday 10th Novemeber.
As Juno’s Deputy Manager, you'll help lead a warm, nurturing home for children and young people, ensuring they feel safe, valued and supported every day. You'll build trusting relationships, guide and mentor our team, and work alongside the Registered Manager to create a loving environment where young people can thrive in all aspects of their lives.
You’ll support the running of the home, coordinate care plans, and model trauma-informed, child-centred practice, always putting children’s needs and voices first.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong, trusting relationships with children
Leading and supporting a brilliant team of practitioners
Helping to run a welcoming, safe and joyful home
Working hand-in-hand with families, schools and professionals
Modelling trauma-informed, child-centred practice every day
Stepping up to manage the home in the Registered Manager’s absence
