We’re looking for people who are:
Kind, patient and emotionally attuned
Curious, reflective and open to learning
Able to build trusting relationships with clear boundaries
Committed to trauma-informed, child-centred practice
Creative thinkers who can adapt and respond to children’s needs
Social Care Practitioner
As a Social Care Practitioner, you’ll be part of children’s everyday lives, the ordinary moments that really matter. You’ll offer care, kindness and consistency, helping children feel safe, valued and connected. From shared meals and activities to supporting emotions and education, you’ll help create a home full of warmth, respect and possibility. This role is about showing up, being real and building relationships that make a difference.
Senior Social Care Practitioner
As a Senior Social Care Practitioner, you’ll help set the tone in the home. You’ll lead shifts, support colleagues and build strong, trusting relationships with children. You’ll bring calm, creativity and confidence to everyday life, helping children feel understood, supported and encouraged to grow. This role is about modelling great care, working as one team and creating a home where children and staff can thrive.
Waking Nights Social Care Practitioner
As a Waking Nights Social Care Practitioner, you’ll be there when it matters most. You’ll provide calm, reassuring support through the night, helping children feel safe and settled while others sleep. You’ll keep the home safe, respond with care and compassion, and help ensure children wake up to a new day feeling secure. This role plays a vital part in creating consistency, trust and a true sense of home.
Deputy Manager
As Deputy Manager, you’ll help make a house feel like home. You’ll work alongside the Registered Manager to shape a warm, loving and well-run home where children feel safe, listened to and cared for. You’ll support and inspire the team, step in when things are tricky, and help make sure children get the consistency, stability and joy they deserve. This role is about strong relationships, shared leadership and doing the right thing for children, every day.
